Quality Policy

The company will provide our customers with high quality products and services that meet or exceed both customer's expectations and industry standards every time. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. To achieve this objective Saasvaap has established a company wide quality system and a quality assurance program that is applied for every phase of the product life cycle.

Change Policy

We constitute a change control board (CCB) for each project. Project Manager, the Project Leader and a client representative will be the members of this group. Each and every change request will be evaluated by the CCB and their impacts on the software specifications and cost will be analysed thoroughly. The implementation of the requested changes will be on the mutual consent among the members of the CCB. The project team will implement the decision taken by the CCB.
